Digestion Essential Oil

TCM states: The stomach is the pot and the spleen is the digestive fire that warms up the pot. It is important to maintain this digestive fire and too many cold and raw foods can put out the digestive fire, weakening and slowing the digestive system.

  • Clears obstructions of the liver and spleen.
  • Stimulating, soothing and fortifying.
  • Supportive in case of nausea, indigestion, constipation, gastroesophageal reflux, fatigue and motion sickness.

Sensible cautions:

Possible skin sensitivity. To prevent a rash or pigmentation of the skin, do not use citrus oils when exposed to direct sunlight. Keep away from children and eyes. Store inside bag/box and keep in a cool, dark place. Consult doctor if pregnant or under medication. Natural sedimentation may occur. Once opened best used within 12 months.

Directions:

Not for direct application except on the palms and soles of the feet.

Use in the following quanlities:

  • 1 drop to middle of palm (lao kung), rub and inhale deeply 3 times for a quick pick me up when ever the need arises.
  • 1 drop to middle of sole (yong quan), rub with the palm for 1 minute on each side for an instant claming effect. Helps communication between the Heart and Kidneys.
